International Shipping
We currently ship to the following regions:

- Rest of World: 14-28 business days – $24.99

Packaging
All Tee Sparrow t-shirts are carefully packaged in eco-friendly, recyclable mailers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition while minimizing environmental impact.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS services only
- APO/FPO Addresses: We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS
- Weekend Delivery: Weekend delivery is not available for all shipping methods
Lost or Delayed Packages
Domestic Orders
- If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us
- We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund
International Orders
- International packages may be delayed due to customs processing
- If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us for assistance
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Address Changes: Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We’ll do our best to update it if your order hasn’t shipped
- Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense
- Refused Packages: Refused shipments will be treated as returns and subject to our return policy
Damaged Items
If your t-shirt arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
