International Shipping

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days – $14.99
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days – $16.99
  • Australia: 10-21 business days – $19.99
  • European Union: 10-21 business days – $18.99
  • Rest of World: 14-28 business days – $24.99

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Packaging

All Tee Sparrow t-shirts are carefully packaged in eco-friendly, recyclable mailers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition while minimizing environmental impact.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS services only
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS
  • Weekend Delivery: Weekend delivery is not available for all shipping methods

Lost or Delayed Packages

Domestic Orders

  • If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us
  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund

International Orders

  • International packages may be delayed due to customs processing
  • If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us for assistance

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Address Changes: Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We’ll do our best to update it if your order hasn’t shipped
  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense
  • Refused Packages: Refused shipments will be treated as returns and subject to our return policy

Damaged Items

If your t-shirt arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
