Return Window

  • Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date
  • Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st – December 31st can be returned until January 31st
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance items are final sale (noted on product pages)

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or makeup stains
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized t-shirts
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned beyond 30 days
  • Washed or worn items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Return Options

1. Free Returns (Store Credit)

  • Cost: FREE return shipping
  • Refund Method: Store credit (valid for 1 year)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Bonus: Receive an extra 10% bonus credit when choosing store credit

2. Refund to Original Payment

  • Cost: $5.99 return shipping fee (deducted from refund)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee

3. Exchange (Size/Color)

  • Cost: FREE exchange shipping (one exchange per order)
  • Processing Time: New item ships within 2-3 business days
  • Price Difference: If new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference. If less, we’ll refund the difference

How to Return

Step 1: Start Your Return

  • Or contact us at support@teesparrow.com with your order details

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Fold items neatly and place in original packaging if available
  • Include return form (provided via email) or write your order number on a note
  • Seal package securely

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Print Return Label: We’ll email you a prepaid return label
  • Drop Off: Take to any USPS location
  • Tracking: Keep your tracking number for reference

Return Processing

  1. Inspection: All returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt
  2. Approval: You’ll receive email confirmation once approved
  3. Refund/Exchange: Processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Notification: Email confirmation sent when complete

Defective or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Defective print or material
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Size doesn’t match label

We’ll make it right with:

  • FREE replacement (no return needed for minor defects)
  • FREE return shipping if return is required
  • Full refund plus 20% store credit for inconvenience

International Returns

  • Customers responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use trackable shipping method
  • Mark package as “Return Merchandise” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds exclude original international shipping charges

Return Exceptions

We understand special circumstances:

  • Gift Returns: Can be returned for store credit without receipt
  • Size Issues: First size exchange is always free

  • Bulk Orders: Orders of 10+ items may have different return terms
